A choreographed routine set to music. It’s a sequence that builds, and the best part is mastering the routine and nailing it. 35 minutes of cardio + 10 minutes of weighted toning with hand and ankle weights.
Tramp & Tone
Interval-based cardio with a follow-along format. This class is half cardio and half toning and is perfect for beginners. Arms and ab work are sprinkled in throughout the class.

“Will I pee myself?”
Honestly? I don’t know—maybe a little. It just depends. We’re all different, but it’s no big deal if you do, and you likely will not. You’re jumping just 2 inches off the tramp, so the impact and jarring effect are super minimal—way less than a standard jumping jack on the ground.
What I do know for certain is that small, controlled movements on the rebounder engage your deep core and pelvic floor muscles with every bounce. So consider bouncing your baby steps toward better pelvic health.
Yes - please arrive 10 minutes before your first class so we can get you set up and comfortable before we start bouncing.
Absolutely! If you can walk, you can bounce. Mega Tramp is designed for all fitness levels. Our instructors will guide you through every move, and there are modifications available for everything. First-timers are always welcome.
A water bottle, a small towel, and yourself. We provide the trampolines and weights. Grippy socks or sneakers with good ankle support are recommended and available for purchase at the studio.
Fitted, breathable clothes and supportive sneakers or grip socks. Something you’re comfortable sweating in. Nothing too loose - you’re going to be moving!
You can cancel or reschedule up to 10 hours before your class. Cancellations within 10 hours will result in a lost class credit.
