👋”Hi I’m Nicole- I’m Mat certified through @powerpilates - classical pilates. I love Mega Mat for its emphasis on strength, control, and intentional movement that challenges you in the BEST wayyy.
When I’m not teaching, I work at an ENT/Aesthetic practice, and I also bring a background in spine surgery, so I’m big on smart movement and strong alignment.

In my free time, I love staying active! My ideal Saturday is a workout + a post-class breakfast sandwich. I love a cozy night in with my husband and pup watching our current tv obsession 😆. Looking forward to moving with you!”
