WHAT TO EXPECT
- 45 minutes of full-body cardio and sculpt
- Personal rebounder (mini trampoline) for the entire class
- Light hand weights, resistance bands, and standing strength work
- Beat-driven routines that keep you moving and motivated
- Low-impact format that’s easy on joints but brutal on the muscles (in the best way)

On our schedule you will find Two Signature Formats:
Mega-Tramp Choreo: A choreographed routine that changes monthly. It’s a sequence that builds, and the best part is mastering the routine and nailing it! 35 minutes of cardio + 10 minutes of toning with hand and ankle weights.
Tramp & Tone: Interval-based cardio with a follow-along format. This class is half cardio and half toning and is perfect for beginners. Arms and ab work are sprinkled in throughout the class.
GIRL TALK
The amazing benefits are listed up top, but let’s also talk about the question we get asked the most—postpartum or not…
“Will I pee myself?”
And my answer is: “I don’t know, maybe a little, it just depends, maybe at first… we are all different, but it’s no big deal if you do, and you likely will not!” You are jumping so very small—just 2 inches off the tramp—so the impact and jarring effect are super minimal. In fact, it’s way less than a standard jumping jack on the ground.
What I do know for certain is that small controlled movements on the tramp/rebounder actually strengthen your low abdominals and pelvic floor, mimicking a kegel-type sensation. This assists in improving and preventing urinary incontinence over time!
Do I need to arrive early for my first class?
Yes! First-timers must arrive at least 10 minutes before class to check in, get set up, and meet your instructor.
I’ve never done a trampoline workout before. Can I still join?
Absolutely! Mega Tramp is beginner-friendly, and our instructors will guide you every step of the way. We suggest beginners start with Tramp & Tone as it provides a great mix of cardio and toning with an easy-to-follow format.
