How do we define this role?

Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at Mega.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Lagree, Tramp or Pilates Mat including biomechanics, movement principles, and the science behind controlled movement.
* Effectively communicate the “why” behind our method—explaining muscle engagement, movement intention, and alignment cues to enhance client understanding and results.
