• Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time of class.
  • All of our classes are 45 minutes.
  • You must be 16 years old or older to practice at Mega.
  • Our studio only accepts credit/debit cards, we do not accept cash payments.
Single Class, Class Packages and Memberships: You must cancel your class 10 hours or more prior to class start time in order to unreserve your spot and return it to your account. Once your spot is cancelled, the class will be returned to your account for use at a future date. If you late-cancel less than 10 hours prior to class start time, the class will be deducted from you account.

Single Class, Class Packages & Memberships. If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, your class will still be deducted from your account.

We do NOT offer refunds on any Single Classes, Class Packages, Memberships, apparel or merchandise.

  • Contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis.
  • Contracts have a 3-month minimum commitment.
  • To cancel your membership a 30-day notice is required.
  • Memberships begin on date of purchase, but can be adjusted to the date in which you take your first class.
  • If you would like to adjust the start date, email the studio to make this arrangement.

All Class Packages and Memberships are non-transferable.

All class credits must be used by the original purchasing client.

  • Class cards are valid for 90 days after purchase.
  • First timer special of 2 classes at $30 is valid for 2 weeks after purchase.

Mega is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Are the classes open level?

Mega classes are challenging and demand a lot from the body and mind. Our instructors will offer modifications and personalized adjustments as needed. That being said, classes are suitable for everyone and we welcome all levels!

What do I need?

For megaformer classes:
We REQUIRE grip socks. No exceptions. It is for your safety on the machines. Please bring your own or you may buy a pair when you check in.

For the trampoline classes:
Please wear tennis shoes. You can jump bare feet however you will find that with tennis shoes you have much more control, balance and ankle stability.

Do you allow drop-ins?

Of course! We do recommend signing up in advance especially for morning and weekend classes, as these tend to fill up quickly.
