Stronger. Leaner. Longer.
This is the workout that put Mega on the map. Megaformer classes follow the Lagree Method — slow, controlled, spring-loaded resistance training that pushes your muscles to the edge and builds full-body strength from the inside out.
You’ll shake. You’ll sweat. You’ll see why people call it addictive.

What is the Megaformer, anyway?
We follow the Lagree Method, and the Megaformer is a spring-based resistance training machine that delivers a high-intensity, low-impact workout. It helps build full-body strength, muscular endurance, balance, and a stronger core than you ever thought possible.
Do I need Pilates experience to try it?
Our classes are challenging, but are mostly appropriate for all fitness levels. Beginners are welcome (and celebrated)! Our instructors will guide you through every move and offer modifications as needed. Just show up—we’ve got you.
**Reminder to newbies: please arrive 10 mins early for your first class to get in intro the machine and the format
How is does Lagree differ from Pilates?
Lagree is athletic. Pilates is restorative.
Lagree uses the Megaformer; Pilates uses the Reformer.
Lagree builds strength and endurance and is considered high intensity.
Pilates focuses on postural alignment, flexibility, and is considered low intensity.
What should I wear?
Grip socks are required (for safety and stability), and we recommend fitted activewear so your instructor can help with form. You’ll sweat—so come ready to move.
Is this a cardio workout or strength training?
Both! Megaformer training builds strength, boosts endurance, and gets your heart pumping—all in one 45-minute class. You’ll feel it everywhere (in the best way).
How hard is it, really?
It’s tough—as in, your legs-will-shake, muscles-on-fire, what-did-I-sign-up-for tough. But in the best, most addicting way. You may even curse us mid-class and thank us after. Every move is designed to push you (safely) to your limit—and your body will change because of it. Don’t worry, we’ll cheer you on the whole way.
How many times a week should I come?
2–3 times a week is a great place to start if you’re looking for results. Pair it with recovery days or our other formats (like mat or trampoline) for a well-rounded routine.
