Policies

***New clients to Megaformer: Please arrive 10 min before class starts for an intro to the equipment and the method. If you arrive late to class you will be turned away.

If you are using one of your guest passes, please make sure your guest arrives 10 minutes early or he/she may be asked to reschedule class.

The main door will be locked 5 minutes after class has started and you will not be allowed in. NO exceptions. This is for safety as well as client experience.

Grippy socks are required for Megaformer classes. Sneakers are highly recommended for Mega-Tramp classes. Bare foot or grippy socks is recommended for Mega Mat.

You must be 16 years old or older to practice at Mega.

Our studio only accepts credit/debit cards, we do not accept cash payments.

Returns & Refunds

We do NOT offer refunds on any Single Classes, Class Packages, Memberships, apparel or merchandise.

Cancellations & No Shows

You must cancel your class 10 hours or more prior to class start time in order to unreserve your spot and return it to your account. Unlimited members have a 6hr cancel window. Once your spot is cancelled, the class will be returned to your account for use at a future date. 

For Drop in Classes, Class Packages & Memberships, if you late-cancel or no-show less than 10 hours prior to class start time, you will be charged a $15 penalty fee, but the credit will be added back to your account.

Which tramp format is best for you?

Tramp Basics: (30 min)
Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to master the fundamentals. This intro class focuses on teaching basic moves, building coordination, and setting you up for success. Start here to boost your confidence and prepare for more advanced classes.
 
Tramp & Tone:
Interval based mix of cardio and toning. Designed for all fitness levels, this class splits your time—half on the trampoline for heart-pumping cardio, and half on the floor for strength-building exercises. It’s the ultimate full-body workout!
 
Mega-Tramp Choreo:
This choreographed routine changes monthly to keep things exciting and fresh. It’s a fun blend of creative movements and targeted toning sections that challenge your body.
