What Makes MEGA, MEGA?

We’re not just a workout—we’re a whole vibe. Expect classes that push you, instructors that hype you, and a community that lifts you up. Come for the workout, stay for the energy.

New Clients:
If it’s your first time at MEGA, please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. This gives us time to introduce you to the equipment, explain the method, and answer any questions so you feel confident before we begin.

If you arrive late, you will be turned away and unable to take class. We do not make exceptions to this policy. It’s for your safety and to maintain the flow and energy of the class.

Bringing a Guest?
Using a guest pass? Make sure your guest arrives 10 minutes early too. Guests who arrive late may be asked to reschedule.

Late Arrival Policy:
Our door locks 5 minutes after class starts. Late arrivals will not be permitted to join. Please plan accordingly—we want you to get the full experience.

To avoid a fee, you must cancel your class before the cancellation window ends:

  • 10 hours prior for Drop-in Classes, Class Packages, and regular Memberships
  • 6 hours prior for Unlimited Members


If you cancel within your window, the class credit will be returned to your account for future use.

If you late-cancel or no-show, a $15 penalty fee will be charged.

  • Drop-in, Package, and Membership clients will still have the class returned to their account.
  • Unlimited Members will be charged the fee, but no credit is deducted.

You must be 16 years old or older to practice at MEGA.

We accept credit and debit cards only. No cash payments, please.

We do NOT offer refunds on any Single Classes, Class Packages, Memberships, apparel, or merchandise.

Can I share my membership or class packages with someone else?
Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and intended for individual use only.

I’m new to Mega. Which class should I start with?
All our classes are designed to accommodate various fitness levels. If you’re new, consider starting with a class that aligns with your interests and fitness goals. Our instructors provide modifications to ensure everyone gets a safe and effective workout.

How long are the classes?
All of our classes are 45 minutes long.

Which tramp format is best for you?

  • Tramp Basics (30 min):
    Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to master the fundamentals. This intro class focuses on teaching basic moves, building coordination, and setting you up for success. Start here to boost your confidence and prepare for more advanced classes.
  • Tramp & Tone:
    Interval-based mix of cardio and toning. Designed for all fitness levels, this class splits your time—half on the trampoline for heart-pumping cardio, and half on the floor for strength-building exercises. It’s the ultimate full-body workout!
  • Mega-Tramp Choreo:
    This choreographed routine changes monthly to keep things exciting and fresh. It’s a fun blend of creative movements and targeted toning sections that challenge your body.

What should I bring to class?
Bring a water bottle—towels are optional but helpful. All other equipment is provided.

What should I wear?
Wear whatever makes you feel strong and supported. Think form-fitting, breathable, and ready to move. Grip socks are required for Megaformer classes.

Do I need to arrive early for my first class?
Yes, new clients should arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts to complete any necessary paperwork, get acquainted with the studio, and meet your instructor.

I’m not very fit. Can I still participate?
Absolutely. Whether you’re working out for the first time or the 500th, our instructors offer options and cheer you on the whole way. You do you, and we’ll handle the rest.
