Our team goal is to create thoughtfully programmed classes that combine high-rep toning, deep core work, spinal mobility, flexibility, and extension — all layered over energizing music that keeps you moving and engaged from start to finish.

We offer both heated and non-heated mat sessions. The non-heated format is perfect for building a strong Pilates foundation, while the heated option turns up the intensity with added warmth, deeper flexibility, and even more sweat. Both deliver a full-body workout designed to leave you feeling stronger, longer, and recharged.

We provide your mat and props. Just show up ready to move, sweat and sculpt together. Bare feet or socks welcome.

Heated Sessions: Select classes are held in our heated studio at 80°F. The warmth helps your muscles release deeper into each stretch, increases circulation, and amplifies the sweat factor. Look for “Heated Mat” on the schedule.

What to Expect

Arrive & Breathe

Get to the studio 10 minutes early, settle into your spot, and take a few deep breaths — this is your YOU time. Your instructor will welcome you, walk you through anything you need, and make sure you feel comfortable before class starts.

Tell Your Instructor

New to Pilates? Recovering from an injury? Pregnant? Let your instructor know before class starts. Every exercise has a modification, and our teachers are experts at tailoring the class to your body.

The Sequence Flows

Class moves through a deliberate sequence - warm-up, core series, full-body work, and cooldown. You'll be cued on breath, alignment, and tempo. Expect 45 minutes of focused, intentional movement that builds as you go.
