MEGA opened in 2019 with one goal in mind: make fitness feel fun, fresh, and something people actually look forward to. Founded by Alicia Belle, MEGA was created to redefine boutique fitness with high-energy workouts, a bold vibe, and a community that feels as welcoming as it is motivating.
Today, MEGA brings together three signature formats: Lagree Megaformer, Mega Tramp cardio, and Mega Mat Pilates, all designed to challenge your body while keeping movement fun and sustainable for the long game.
