The Most Fun You’ll Have Working Out

45 minutes of trampoline-based cardio and full body sculpting designed to bring the energy, the sweat, and the endorphins.

Bounce, Sweat & Sculpt

We’ve been doing Tramp at MEGA since 2019 — and we’re not slowing down anytime soon. Combining low-impact cardio, full-body sculpting, and beat-driven movement, this workout delivers a sweaty, high-energy burn that’s as effective as it is fun.

The trampoline absorbs impact to keep things easier on the joints while still challenging your heart rate, endurance, and coordination. Expect cardio intervals, strength work, upper-body sculpting, the lymphatic and endorphin effects people rave about, and a workout that leaves you feeling energized long after class ends.

Exercise doesn’t have to feel so serious. Tramp is challenging, mood-boosting, and genuinely fun — the kind of workout that keeps people coming back for more.

The Juicy, Oh-So-Amazing Benefits
❤️

Cardio Blast

The most fun way to get your heart rate up and break a serious sweat. You’ll torch 300–500 calories in 45 minutes—and the afterburn keeps going for hours.

💪

Strength & Full-Body Toning

Works legs, glutes, inner thighs, core, and back all at once. Light weights and resistance bands add upper-body sculpting to the mix.

🪶

Super Low-Impact

The trampoline absorbs all the impact—gentle on your knees and joints while actually lubricating them to help prevent injury.

🥘

Balance & Coordination

Boosts motor skills and athletic performance. The unstable surface keeps your stabilizer muscles switched on the entire class.

🌿

Detox & Immune Boost

Enhances lymphatic drainage for whole-body health. The rhythmic bouncing is one of the most effective ways to move your lymph system.

🦴

Bone & Muscle Building

Increases bone density and lean muscle mass. The light, repetitive impact is one of the few cardio formats that actively builds bone strength.

Pick Your Tramp Style

Tramp & Tone

Interval-based cardio with a follow-along format. Half cardio, half toning—perfect for beginners and regulars alike. Arms and abs sprinkled throughout.

  • Interval-based, no choreography to learn
  • Great entry point for first-timers
  • Arms and ab work included

Mega Tramp Choreo

A choreographed routine that changes monthly. The advanced sequence builds over time—the best part is mastering it and finally nailing every move.

  • 35 minutes of cardio
  • 10 minutes of toning with hand and ankle weights
  • New routine every month

★★★★★

“The trampoline class is harder than it looks but really gets your heart rate up! It’s also way more fun than running. I’ve never really liked any workout this much and find myself being way more consistent because of that!”

Let’s Address the Question We Get Asked the Most

“Will I pee myself?”

Honestly? I don’t know—maybe a little. It just depends. We’re all different, but it’s no big deal if you do, and you likely will not. You’re jumping just 2 inches off the tramp, so the impact and jarring effect are super minimal—way less than a standard jumping jack on the ground.

What I do know for certain is that small, controlled movements on the rebounder engage your deep core and pelvic floor muscles with every bounce. So consider bouncing your baby steps toward better pelvic health.
