Arrive & Get Set Up
Show up 10 minutes early. We’ll walk you through the Megaformer, explain the springs, and make sure you feel comfortable before class starts. No experience needed.

Our classes are challenging, but are mostly appropriate for all fitness levels. Beginners are welcome (and celebrated)! Our instructors will guide you through every move and offer modifications as needed. Just show up—we’ve got you.
