The Grounds
Palmaïa is tucked between the Caribbean Sea and hundreds of acres of untouched Mayan jungle, with plenty of space to explore, wander, or simply settle in. The resort is made up of multiple buildings and dedicated spaces throughout the property, with oceanfront suites, private beaches, multiple pools, jungle paths, wellness spaces, and a spa tucked into the jungle.
Everything feels connected to the natural surroundings. Move from morning Pilates to the beach, pool, or spa while surrounded by lush jungle, ocean air, and the beauty of the Riviera Maya.
The Experience
Mornings start with a Mega Mat class taught by Alicia Belle and Kristin Sicari. After that, the day is yours to explore Palmaïa’s lineup of incredible wellness experiences or simply relax and do whatever feels good.
Go deeper into your wellness journey with yoga, ceremonies, sound experiences, and creative practices. Spend an afternoon at the beach. Book a treatment at the jungle spa. Find a sparkling pool and don’t move for three hours. There’s no wrong way to spend your day here.
Food & Drinks
Your all-inclusive stay means breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, and even 24-hour in-suite dining are included from the moment you arrive. Choose from four à la carte restaurants, Plantissa café, and Charly’s Vegan Tacos, each offering a different take on fresh, flavorful cuisine. From elevated Mexican and Asian-inspired dishes to Mediterranean flavors, oceanfront comfort food, and plant-based bites, there’s something for every mood and every craving.
The Nourishing Biome
The Nourishing Biome is Palmaïa’s unique food philosophy that healthy food should nourish your body without taking the joy out of eating. Menus prioritize natural, seasonal ingredients, with more than 90% of dishes prepared from scratch in-house. Refined sugars and refined seed oils are intentionally left out, while house-made fermented foods, seasonal fruits, regenerative farm produce, and naturally fermented sourdough make their way throughout the menus.
AïA Wellness Experiences
Palmaïa offers more than 50 holistic and health group activities carried out every week by renowned in-house and visiting guides, all included in your stay. Private sessions with healers, spiritual guides, and teachers also available upon request at an additional cost.

Payment Plan
A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required at registration to hold your spot. Our flexible payment plan allows you to pay in three incremental payments. Gratuities not included. Spots are limited.
Transfers are always permitted. If you can’t make it, you may transfer your spot to another guest at any time at no charge. Travel insurance is required and the responsibility of each attendee.
